Exchange Policy

At BASIC CHANCE SOLUTION SDN BHD 202501012376 (1613790-­V), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to assist with exchanges or cancellations under the following conditions:


🔄 Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

✅ Eligible for Exchange:

  • Wrong size, color, or product sent

  • Defective or damaged item upon arrival

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Worn or washed sportswear

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as:

    • Skipping ropes

    • Resistance bands

    • Yoga mats

    • Towels

  • Final sale or clearance items

🔁 Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us via basicchancesolution@outlook.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos (if applicable).

  2. We will confirm item availability and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

  4. Once inspected and approved, we’ll send the replacement product.

🚚 Exchange Shipping Fees:

  • We cover return shipping if the error is on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • For size changes or preference-based exchanges, the customer bears the return and reshipping costs.


✖️ Cancellation Policy

🕒 Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever comes first.

  • Contact us immediately via basicchancesolution@outlook.com to request a cancellation.

🚚 After Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may proceed with a return or exchange after receiving the item (see Exchange Policy above).

💳 Refunds for Cancellations:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • If your cancellation is approved after payment but before shipping, you will receive a full refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched.
