  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as:

    • Skipping ropes

    • Resistance bands

    • Towels

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned without original packaging

💸 Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the return is due to wrong, defective, or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
